Annette M. Bau, CFP®, a Certified Financial Planner, is the managing member of an investment advisory firm based in Phoenix, Arizona. For over 20 years Annette has been a financial planner. She specializes in extensive estate and retirement planning for business owners, real estate professionals, widows and divorcees.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University, where she became a lifetime member of the Golden Key National Honor Society. She is listed in Who’s Who of Finance and Industry and Who’s Who of American Women. She is a member of the International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners, and a member of the Financial Planning Association. Annette was the 1993 & 1994 Arizona State Financial Planning Chair for WCR and the 1994 Scottsdale Financial Planning Chair. She also was an approved instructor at the Arizona Real Estate Department teaching estate planning and financial planning courses. She has spoken to thousands of groups, and associations throughout the United States. Annette also is a founder and charter member of Arizona Women in International Trade-Thunderbird. As a Toastmaster she received her CTM designation. She is a past board member of the Phoenix Executive Committee for the Women’s Opportunity Fund. Annette is a past Faculty Member at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and a Trustee of the Arizona’s Children Foundation.
Annette’s specialty and focus is in marketing, and financial, estate planning and money management. She has authored several articles and presented educational seminars and keynote presentations to a variety of schools, non-profits, churches & associations. She is the primary host of “Defining Millionaire Moments”: How One Choice can Change your Life Forever, which is a monthly interviews of multi-millionaires throughout the world. She is a columnist for many financial industry magazines including Advisors Today, Insurance News Net, Insurance News Media, Senior Market Advisor, Advisor Biz, ProducersWEB, and many others. She won Mark Victor Hansen and Alex Mandossian’s 2008 Mega Veteran Challenge, where she was selected as the best teleseminar presenter from candidates throughout the world.
